LOST WATCH

DO NOT USE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!Lost my gold bi-metal Omega Seamaster over 6 months ago, had to chase and chase them for help and info on the insurance claim, they now refuse to return my calls, do not reply to emails, even threats of court do not make them reply, I have 'made time of the essence' several times, asked for phone recordings which they simply ignore, I have been promised a replacement only to then be told they would not, offered me a much lower price than my watch is worth and they now are hoping I will just go away...STAY AWAY, WHEN THINGS GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES OUT OF THE WINDOW AND YOU ARE TREATED LIKE DIRT!!! BE WARNED!!!....UPDATE from the 12th, court proceedings have now been issued against them by myself, please read their reviews before trusting them with your loved and expensive items, nearly 1/4 of their customers on Trustpilot mark them under 5*, that is almost 1 in every 4 customers and if you read the 1* rating reviews you will be horrified!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I will update my review as the court case goes on, but I am expecting nothing to be smooth sailing with this company. STAY AWAY!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! UPDATE!!! 24 04 2024, MEDIATION FOR COURT FAILED, THEY TRIED TO KEEP IT OUT OF COURT BY OFFERING ME AN EVER SO SLIGHTLY LARGER AMOUNT BUT WITH THE COST OF TAKING THEM TO COURT IN THE FIRST PLACE IT WOULD OF MEANT I WAS ACCEPTING LESS THAN THEY OFFERED IN THE 1ST PLACE!!!...STAY CLEAR, READ THE REVIEWS AND BE WARNED.......PLEASE!!! No communication. Extremely slow. Only thing quick about this company is…

Only thing quick about this company is providing an estimate and taking your money. Paid £550 to have an Omega watch serviced 5 month ago. I have only had 1 progress report which was 5 month ago to say the parts had been ordered. Have now sent several emails over the last 3+ weeks , escalated it with service manager and still have no idea what is happening with my watch. Disgraceful service would never use again and I just prey they have not lost my watch. Repair ref 98533/50450

Communicating the delays

Communicating the delays would have made it a better experience. The client needing to chase information is not good...be more proactive.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. They advertise free postage, but that's for you to send them your watch. They charge you to post it back to you. They charged me for a new bezel yet I found out they had subcontracted the repair to Omega who didn't charge. LWR did refund me when I confronted them. The service took 8 months!!!!!!! I wish I'd gone direct to Omega who were great when I spoke with them. LWR don't answer their phones and rarely reply to emails. AVOID.

Very pleased with the result

Very pleased with the result, my watch is now keeping better time than before repair. Service is a little slow.

Reasonable price watch cleaning

Sent the watch off got a quote, which I thought was reasonable. When the watch was returned it looked like new. The only thing was when I emailed for an update know body got back to me I had to email 2 or 3 times before I got a reply.
