Incompetent

Totally useless! Communications ignored, watch not fixed and despite returning the watch, still not fixed. My advice is to avoid this company and save anxiety and being ripped off by sending your watch to the manufacturer to repair. Breitling are expensive for a total overhaul but in the long run you get what you pay for. Update Interesting how quick this company is to ask for more info via Trustpilot but cannot be bothered to respond to me! I received an email from LWR on 23 January asking if I was happy with repair (I was not), so i replied to let him know that I was not satisfied. Nothing heard from them since! I will be happy to copy the email correspondence on this site but I have a life to live. Further update 28.05.2024 OK everyone who is intending to use this company - DO SO AT YOUR PERIL. My review above resulted in a call from the MD of LWR who told me that while he does not get involved in operational matters usually, he had seen my review and wanted to put everything right. I sent the watch back because the pushers in my Breitling were not working properly- they were too far into the casing and could not be tightened to prevent water ingress. Also one of the O-rings had detached itself on the dial. So, off it went sometime in February 2024. As per usual no responses to my emails to find out how they were progressing. Finally received the watch back last week. The pushers are now not too set in but absolutely impossible to tighten. Seems to be no thread to wind the pusher buttons on to. They state that they tested it - I beg to differ!! Hopeless, incompetent, non-communicative and in my opinion complete con artists. They may be able to change a watch battery but fix a high end watch - absolutely beyond their capabilities. As I say -AVOID THEM. Update They have been in touch! I have explained the issue over the phone. They are having it back. Further update to follow in due course. I did pay them a lot of money to fix this and I am doggedly pursuing them.

Sent my husbands Tag watch in for a battery and a full refurbishment and polish of the case and bracelet well it has come back today and he is so disappointed as it’s the same as we sent it to them there is no way it has had a refurb as it is has the same marks on it as when we sent it very very poor service I fill like I have just been taken for a ride and they don’t even answer the phone please don’t use this company you will be wasting your money After three hours of trying to contact the company by phone without success, I had an email from trustpilot saying it the company wanted to get in touch concerning the repair so I finally spoke to them and they promised me a refund for the repair and they would send out a new bag to send the watch back for them to repair free of charge they have paid the money back but still no bag to send the watch back to them unless I remove the review which I said absolutely not please don’t use this company. They are not trustworthy

Great service from initial postage pack being sent to receiving back my fixed watch. Good communication regarding progress along the way and the returned watch was carefully packaged up and sent via good secure postage method.

The whole experience from beginning to…

The whole experience from beginning to end was very straightforward. I was kept up to date with what was happening with my watch at each stage, very informative. My watch has been retuned to me looking like new again. I am extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend Luxury Watch Repairs.
