I have used Face The Future in the past and I have been very happy with their products and services. My review though is to reflect my recent amazing experience. I placed an order accidentally and I wanted to cancel this. Though I realised after a few hours from the receipt of the confirmation email I emailed the customer service and left a message on their voicemail. To my surprise I received a response within an hour confirming cancellation of my order and full refund. I would like to congratulate Face The Future for their amazing customer service. No hassle, no arguments (though it was my fault), listening to their customer needs and efficient communication. I will be more than happy to continue ordering products from FTF and I strongly recommend FTF not only for the great prices but for their ethos and character as well! Keep it up and thank you. Do not order from this company I ordered a cosmelan2 and it didn’t peel I have used it before so I know the difference they refuse to refund you £160 is a lot of money they don’t care about the customer don’t order from them they say they care but when I said I was putting a complaint in the manager just that is fine the complaint is coming to me what a joke

Ordered on 28/6 still haven’t recieved, they sent an email on 3/7 saying supplier issues but nothing since i have just requested to cancel order failing that i will do a chargeback via bank, social media channels look too quiet no comments etc id be very wary if going to order

Received package for serum, today. Everything did not look right. The packaging with the bubble wrap was old and damaged. Then the actual package of the product was not sealed and inside there was no paper with information about the product like there normally is. I immediately suspected a fake product for £30 - so I looked at reviews and can now see others are questioning their products. Do not buy from here if you want an authentic product. Now I will attempt a refund! Never again!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with FacetheFuture regarding a SkinCeuticals product I purchased. Despite the product itself being unused and in perfect condition, they refused to accept a return or even an exchange simply because the outer film on the packaging had been removed. To make matters worse, the customer service team was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Due to this negative experience, I will not be taking my business to FacetheFuture again and will advise readers not to bother either. I expect better customer service and a more reasonable return policy from a company that claims to prioritise customer satisfaction.

My go-to for most skincare shopping! Face the Future delivers an incredible service, and orders are dispatched at lightning speed; from my online shopping experiences, they are truly one of the fastest retailers to dispatch orders, which I appreciate being a bit last minute to reorder supplies! Also love the range of products from the higher to the lower end, yet no matter the price point, I see a good selection of great brands, including some that are harder to source, like Skin Minimalist, which I love. Love the free samples and have been ordering for well over two years now, and I can not see myself going anywhere else. A final note is that the prices are competitive, all in all a very easy shopping experience. Wish all retailers were as efficient as you! :)

I have placed several orders on this e-shop. My last order was lost, and I never received the package. Unfortunately, they just informed me that they were sorry but offered no solution. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this e-shop, as they won't help you if you encounter any problems!

Other websites are better and stick to their promise, not hidding the trick under T&C UPDATE ON COMMENT You will not get great prices, after the dissapointment with face the future i bought from Flawless body at an even cheaper price plus a 20% discount that they will do on EVERYTHING, as it should be. I work in marketing and is better not to offer a discount than waste people's time and make them furious.
