Great customer service from Aleksandra! I recently ordered a gift from my 1st years, but later on the same night changed my mind as I preferred a different design. I emailed customer services and the following morning my original order had been cancelled and refund processed. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, a speedy response to an email with a genuine offer from Aleksandra to help sort out a problem. As it progressed, no replacement was necessary but I was grateful for their helpful approach.

The products we received were all individually presented and packaged in their own boxes. We are very pleased with the items we received. We did have one blip with a missing delivery but I sent a chat to my1styears and got an immediate response from Aleksandra - Management Team who just grabbed the issue, kept me updated and dealt with it exceptionally well. Geraldine was so helpful & provided excellent customer service! I had an issue, which quite frankly was my mishap however Geraldine was very understanding & a replacement was in post & arrived 2 days later! I have had bought many items from My1st years & this has only encouraged me to buy more!

I think a company's customer service is just as important as the products they sell, and their products are amazing! I made contact with My First Years as I have a query regarding a previous order and Geraldine was absolutely amazing and resolved my issue quickly and professionally.

The order came through very quickly. The robe is lovely however the gift box arrived damaged so I could not use it. After contacting the company a replacement box was despatched all communication was fast and helpful. The replacement box came really fast which is why I have increased my review to 5 star

After having bought the pull along train, which I had personalised, I then found out the baby’s name had been changed 🤦‍♀️ I contacted customer service and my query was dealt with by Aleksandra. She was exceptional and so professional. Instead of replacing the one block, she arranged for a new pull along train to be sent to me on the 19th November and I received the new train on the 20th November - for which I am so grateful. This exceeded all my expectations - I would definitely recommend My First Years. I have bought from them over the past few years and never once been disappointed with the quality of the goods purchased. This time, even though it was my fault, they couldn’t have done more. I don’t usually write reviews but in this instance I felt it was the least I could do.

Amazing customer service and i love the customised toy for my nephew. There was an issue with the courier service getting the order delivered but Aleksandra helped me with the issue very efficiently to get a new product sent to me :) - she is very lovely!
