Terrible service! I have had present from this company and thought it was great! So I bought a wooden toy for a present. And it arrived in such poor quality that I couldn't gift it. I reached out to the customer service team and was told I would have to pay to return it even though on the site it claims 'We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly'. Terrible service, I wouldnt waste my money or time on this site.

I have used My 1st Years on several occasions. The quality of the items are always exceptional! I have used their customer services twice and on both occasions the service has been amazing !! The team are quick to respond and resolve any problems straight away! On my latest purchase the free gift box was damaged, as it was an important gift I asked customer services to resolve the problem. Ewelina, got back to me very quickly on the same weekend day and arranged for a new gift box to be sent to me as a priority! The service that you receive from this company is second to none ! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I had to contact my 1st years recently due to my order being delivered to the wrong address this was very frustrating aswell as upsetting but Ewelina sorted the problem out for me in a prompt and courteous manner

I have used this company many times for gifts, but recently had an order which the personalisation was hardly visible. However, the 1st years support team member MELOJEAN resolved this quickly, by having these re-printed in a darker font and are now going to make great cousin Christmas presents.

Avoid like the plague!! My parcel went missing and the customer service was shocking. They had proof that the items were left outside. Tried to claim I had signed for it when I wasn’t even in the country. Then told me to go to police report, all for a £40 order. Keep the money you scamming bastards.
