I received an item that was damaged. I contacted the company and was contacted straight away by Ewelina. She arranged an immediate replacement which was received the next day even before the original item had arrived back with them. A fantastic service and Ewelina is a credit to your business.

Brilliant company but please make delivery options more clearly
I have to say even tho there is a wait time is it advised to do the experess delivery I ordered headphones for my grandson and I absolutely love these and yes it's worth the wait with in reason , I will order again but please highlight for future customers that' if they don't have express delivery they could be waiting a few weeks ,, all on all I'm giving five stars because they always replied to my messages so thankyou for that ,, and the details of the gift I have bought was fantastic 😍 thankyou 🙏🏽I'm definitely coming back for more if you want detail and gift wrapped I highly recommend
GROSSLY OVERPRICED
I received my 2nd order today...IT WILL BE MY LAST, disappointed in both items, too much attention is paid on the box it's packed in, more attention is needed on the item, reducing packaging would very clearly reduce postage, items grossly overpriced for what they are .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get..I.NEVER WILL ORDER AGAIN...had contact with my 1st years..NOT HELPFUL..explained why am unhappy..nothing they can do...no offer of even a partial refund..just another reason NOT TO ORDER AGAIN..I WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR IF IT WAS AVAILABLE

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Placed first order and sent completely wrong product. I now have to return the item and prove I made the return. Then they will refund. The hassle due to incompetent warehouse staff. Won’t be using again. Anyone thinking of using these guys read the recent reviews first as loads of 1-3 star reviews in last few months. Wish I had looked for reviews first.
Helpful Customer Service
Had a problem with item not being delivered but this was down to Evri couriers who said my parcel was 'lost in transit' not My 1st Years. My e-mails were dealt with promptly by Shannon on the Management Team. I was offered a refund or a replacement order and as the fault was with the courier I opted for a refund. I have received backpacks from My 1st Years previously which I was delighted with. They make such lovely gifts. The customer service I received was excellent.
