Do not purchase the water bottles!!!! Ours is going in the bin.

Awful company- item received was covered in scratches and discoloured. Pictures were issued to customer service within minutes of delivery. We needed the water bottle for my daughter to start her first week of school next week and none of the proposed resolutions were going to get the product I ordered in a good condition to us for the start of term. Overall a really upsetting experience when you just want your child’s first week to be perfect. Only posting on here as I wouldn’t want another parent facing the same issues.

I love the luxury gift boxes and wanted to purchase one to make into a keepsake box for my baby due in a couple of months as I have done with my little boy so I emailed and received a reply that they cannot be purchased but that I would be sent one out free of charge via express delivery! I was so surprised at this lovely, kind gesture honestly thank you so so much Shannon from the Management Team/My Gifting Group I honestly was not expecting such a thoughtful and selfless response and it's made me so happy, thank you!

I ordered 2 personalized backpack but I didn’t receive any confirmation mail. So I contacted the company and within few hours I received a email back! I was contacted by Melojean and she had my issue solved right away. She was brilliant with excellent customer service. I am beyond impressed with this company how fast they reply! It’s my first time I have bought from them, but certainly won't be the last! highly recommend :) Cannot wait to see the twins going to school with their new backpack ❤️

Zipper broken after 7 months

Edit- excellant response and new bag sent out. Thank you. Will look forward to buying from you again. Had a little blue elephant personalised bag for approx 7 months used for approx 5 months and the zipper has broken. The company has refused to accept any acknowledgment for this. Yes it is past the return policy but surely a childs bag should be durable and last more than 7 months will now be choosing another company for a bag.

I’ve shopped here twice now!. First time everything went smoothly and had a great experience. Second time the same, I had to return two items due to the fact someone else got the same gift! (From seeing my previous gift they loved the idea of baby robes). They were super helpful with the return and I’ll certainly be a regular customer :) thanks Agnes !

I contacted my 1st years in order to get some extra shapes for my daughters activity table that was bought for her by her auntie at Christmas, since then we have lost the shapes but speaking with Shannon&Oliwia they have swiftly sent out some replacements for me! So thank you very much, it’s highly appreciative! Just waiting for them to arrive now but 10/10 service, thank you ladies x
