I’ve previously bought from My 1st Years before and always thought the products were great. I had to use the customer service for the first time as I accidentally arranged to send the present to the wrong address, and I was very impressed with the speed of their response time and resolving the issue immediately. A big thank you to Dorota, one of the Customer Service Agents, for her help.

Ordered a comforter as a gift- personalised. When I recieved it the name was unreadable... apparently I had chosen this particular font... the letters were unrecognisable so I was unable to give the gift as it just looked silly. No where on the website does it show you how the name looks so you are making an uninformed choice. Very frustrating.

Excellent customer service. The team noticed a discrepancy in my personalised orders and reached out to me to correct. Fabulous items for little ones which make great personalised presents !

1st time I have bought of my 1st years bought my niece towel for her new baby boy was a bit confused were the font will go and look like so I emailed I got a loverly email back of Aleksandra explained everything even sent me pictures of the name very good service I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends in future I'm sure it won't be the 1st gift I will be buying from my 1st year

Amazing service, Highly recommend this company. I had brought a set of personalised Christmas stockings 4 years ago and recently found another exactly the same 2nd hand. I’m due to have my daughter in October and I wanted her name embroidered the same as the others. I messaged My 1st Years to see if they could help me. I recently contacted My 1st Years to discuss a recent order where the personalisation was completed incorrectly on the order (personal mistake). When I phoned, I was assisted by Shannon in their management team and her customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. She was extremely responsive over email and showed great empathy towards our situation is new parents. This is my first encounter with My 1st Years and I will definitely be returning!

Great customer service from Shannon. Emailed about some damage to a backpack i had only had a couple of months, and within 24 hours i had received a replacement. I have used My 1st Years a few times before and will definitely use again. Thanks.
