I had placed an order for a shelf but omitted on checking to add my name of choice so I emailed and the next day a lovely person added the name to my order! Dorota was extremely helpful!! And responded very quickly!
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I made an incorrect personalisation on an order, as-well as ordered more than I needed. I immediately sent an email as it was a Sunday & phone lines were closed. The next day I received an email to confirm a refund had been sent and was on its way to me after cancelling my order in less than 24hrs. Thanks to Aleksandra for being so helpful & efficient. Will definitely be re-ordering. Thank you!
Replacement bag
I purchased a bag back in January as part of my little boys birthday present. I kept it away as we have just been abroad and we kept it for his carry on bag for his toys, but whilst we were away I noticed where the bottle holder is the netting was torn. I emailed and thought I wasn’t going to get anywhere with this since it was ordered at the beg of the year but Shannon has kindly arranged for a replacement for me and express delivery so I will receive a new bag for my Dino mad little boy in the next 24-48 working hours. Thankyou so much Shannon you are a credit to your team :)
Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with an item I had personalised which was down to me not reading the item description thoroughly. However my 1st Years responded quickly to resolve my situation and I received a replacement item within 3 days. A brilliant customer experience, thank you!
Faulty Products
I purchased a bunny as a gift for a baby shower which had been personalised with a name on there. I received the bunny and it had lose stitches. I contacted customer service and they were offering me £5 credit on my account considering I had paid £29 for this bunny. I did state that the babyshower was over the weekend (the next 2 days) then they said return it and we can arrange a replacement, unfortunately this is not a good enough solution. In my opinion I think this is poor customer service because they kept sending me the same email 2 X over and over instead of actually trying to understand my conern and get it resolved ASAP.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I received a lovely personalised gift box but it was slightly damaged at the corner. I wasn't sure if it was the way I opened the parcel or if it arrived this way. I contacted My 1st Years and Shannon was excellent - the box was immediately replaced and she arranged for another one to be sent express delivery to a different address at my request. That's what I call excellent customer service! Thank you Shannon.

I ordered a gift for my Godson’s newborn but when the invoice came through the billing address was the same as delivery address. I called to rectify the details and Aleksandra was exceptionally helpful and very quickly edited my order and send an email to confirm the amendment. First class service, thank you!

Contacted the company after I submitted an order, as I had made an error in the personalisation. Was contacted by Dorota, who was extremely helpful and efficient and amended my order immediately. Look forward to receiving my items now.
Great gifts & amazing customer service
Recently ordered online some gifts to be sent directly to a friend for their newborn, emailed customer service just after placing the order to confirm that no invoice/receipt would be included in the package. I got a response within minutes from Dorota at customer service, confirming the above and providing an extremely helpful response. Can’t wait for the gifts to be received! I have also received gifts from this site before for my own children & they are some of our absolute favourites. Would highly recommend.

I bought a bag from My 1st Years in April and since having the bag some of the stitching had come away. I got in contact with customer services and spoke to Geraldine who was amazing. She sent me a replacement bag and did everything she could to make the issue right. She went out of her way to help me and made sure I was happy with the outcome.
