I’ve ordered from my first years several times and never had any issues so when I did with my most recent order I had no doubt that they’d resolve it. Lawrence dealt with my issue and resolved in a professional and timely manner. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic customer service

I ordered a dressing gown and was really pleased with the product but unfortunately the execution on the custom embroidery was disappointing. I got in touch with my 1st years and the customer service from Lawrence was absolutely amazing, so helpful and understanding and very quick response as well! Really excited to receive my replacement, I think it will make an excellent 1st birthday gift!

Love the products from here

Love the products from here. Unfortunately had a fault with one, but the customer service was super fast and very helpful. A gentleman called lawrance was very helpful and resolved my issue very quickly

Disappointing

Ordered a personalised doll, quality is not great and overall look is disappointing. Ordered before from here and has always been good but won’t buy again. Definitely not worth the money (even with Blue light discount)

The quickest response I have ever had from a customer Service desk !

I have never had the need to contact customer service before but today I made a request for a business invoice and Lawrence replied within minutes with a polite reply and a copy of the invoice attached! Thank you

Delivery costs are ridiculous

Delivery costs are ridiculous. £4 for standard delivery of a gift card that gets delivered a week later?? Items take ages to deliver in general, gift boxes are damaged most of the time (you should get a discount if you don't want a gift box that is usually way bigger for the item anyway), and the only thing they offer when they mess up is a lousy £5 gift card which really just pays for shipping for a next order
