Had abit of a delay with my delivery

Had abit of a delay with my delivery, not 1st years fault but the courier. I emailed 1st years and recieved a reply very quickly. I had the pleasure of communicating with Valerie who was very lovely. This is not the first time ordering from 1st years. I have a lot of their products and can not fault the quality at all, always my go to shop for my kids keepsakes. I ordered the little wooden bench which is very easy to assemble and sturdy. Thank you so much!

Great customer service

The first tie I ordered from My 1st Years I stupidly ordered the complete wrong size!!! The order was a gift for a forthcoming party so I didn't want it to arrive only for me to have to send it back again and wait for a replacement. I contacted My1st Years immediately once I had noticed my mistake a lady from customer services then emailed me to confirm that they had amended my service. I was impressed with the professional, immediate and reliable service. Great work

Terrible service

Terrible service. My order never arrived despite them telling me it had been signed for. I tried to complain only to be told I have to take it up as a police matter as they believe it has been delivered? I’ll not order from them again or recommend them. I am still awaiting response of how to make an official complaint and get a refund.

Disappointed when items arrived

When my items arrived I was disappointed, as a personalised gift box was damaged and a toy that had been personalised the ink has smudged. After emailing customer service, Valerie was so helpful and fixed these issues for me right away. Due to the customer service I received and how quickly it was rectified I will now happily reorder from my 1st years. Thank you

They hound you with junk emails

Nice product and quick delivery but i will never buy from this place again. They bombard you with several junk emails every day even after unsubscribing. Surely this company is in breach of GDPR.

Excellent customer service from Lawrence!

I’ve been using my first years for gifts for years. So I was really happy when I recently had my own baby and my friend bought me some personalised items! Unfortunately she had spelled my baby’s name wrong! I contacted my first years and asked if they could do anything for me- Lawrence was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to rectify this for me despite it not even being their mistake! Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely continue to use my 1st years for years to come!

Great customer service by Lawrence. I had to redirect my order as I wasn’t going to be at home and he’s been really helpful and has done so as soon as I had emailed My First Years. Thank you.
