Memory box - help with inscription
I wanted to order a memory box for my great niece who was born 2023. The on line image shows 2024 engraving. Dorota spoke to the production team who offered to do the date manually. Ordered the personalised wooden activity table and storage bag for my daughters first birthday. Loved both the items. Had a minor issue with one of the table parts and got in touch with Valerie at support who immediately resolved the issue and I was despatched a replacement the next day! Fantastic service!

The first time I used My 1st Years, I would use them again if needed. I made an error on the billing address and emailed them and it was rectified immediately by Valerie. So I was confident no paperwork would go with the goods as a present.
