I was really pleased with the service provided by Valerie. I appreciated her getting back to me regarding my enquiry and she sorted it out. Looking forward to my 2 year old niece opening a wonderful gift from your company on her birthday on Sunday. Would certainly recommend this company and Valerie for her great customer service.

Absolutely gorgeous items

Absolutely gorgeous items, beautiful quality from blankets to wooden toys, they are much loved and wear and wash brilliantly. Also the customer service is excellent, Lawrence helped to quickly resolve a minor issue I had. Would definitely recommend.

Poor customer service

Received a toy chest which had two damaged parts. Requested these specific parts be replaced, which the company were happy to do but they then sent several incorrect parts, despite clear communication regarding parts needed. What followed was a series of poor customer service decisions/processes, including initially requesting I be home for up to 12 hours to enable them to collect what they had delivered to me in error, poor communication, sending a label with the same courier who was there to collect the parts (and therefore the courier being unhappy to wait and leaving with out them) and so on. Most frustratingly, they are ‘unable’ to offer compensation other than store credit and were unwilling to send the final part we needed for the toy chest until they had collected the part they had sent to us in error. We finally agreed to a replacement of all parts to try to reduce the chances of further mistakes. Having built the toy chest, weeks after it was initially delivered, we were disappointed that the design includes screw holes on the top of the chest (though this is clear in the website description). Seems odd for a toy chest costing £145. Very disappointing experience and not worth the headache of several emails and mistakes while trying to take care of my newborn baby.

Accident owner damage

I had accidentally broken a leg on my daughters activity table and reached out the customer services to purchase a new one of which they offered me one for free which is over and above what I expected! Very happy !! Thank you very much

The service from Lawrence

The service from Lawrence who went over and above to help sort out the glitch we had with delivery was excellent. He kindly made sure that this super little denim jacket, a gift for a one-year-old's birthday, would arrive on time. And it did! Thank you Lawrence. Great service!
