I've ordered for a few years and always had great service and received lovely products that make really special gifts at reasonable prices. The last 2 orders I've made in the past month I've had delivery problems with items being late and then missing. Shannon on both occasions was so quick and friendly with her offer to put things right. Both times she gave me two options to choose to from to fix the issue. I informed her just yesterday afternoon that my parcel had gone missing with Evri and less than 24 hours later, she sorted out a replacement and it's with me now. Amazing service, thanks so much!

Product we were gifted has frayed and I emailed customer service. Within an hour of my first email Dorota had ordered a replacement product with express delivery. Cannot fault Dorota’s customer service.

I have been ordering from this company for almost 8/9 years now and have ordered a whole variety of gifts- They started as a small company and were extremely helpful and really went out of their way to make the most wonderful personal gifts. Unfortunately, my last order a few months ago was not as good in regards to quality but nonetheless I persevered and reordered a fairly large order of 150 GBP. However, this time I sent the package to Norway. I contacted customer service immediately as I used the page for - My first years Norway and hence pricing was in NOK where it says in huge letters "our packages are sent without invoices so you can send your gifts directly" to check and they told me that they had to attach an invoice on international deliveries. The gift my friend recieved had a 60GBP tolls charge on it, of course for which I have paid for but this is unacceptable based on the advertising and the fact that when I contacted customer service 3 hours after submitting my order to cancel they lied to me and said the order had already begun to be personalised despite it taking another 12 days to leave the country! I paid a heavy import tax, on top of it taking over 2 weeks to arrive to Norway and there has been no attempt to rectify it. I will not be ordering from this company again, their small business ethos is no longer with them.

I am not one for writing a review, but on this occasion I felt it only right to do so. I placed an order and messed up my "message", but as quick as a flash Dorota helped me by completing it on my behalf. That's great customer service. Thank you.
