Disgusting customer service. Parcel was misdelivered by Evri after me chasing them I was informed by my first years I needed to report this to the police to get a crime reference number, for a pair of socks… joke of a company how can they expect you to waste police time for them to process that

Had fantastic customer service from Lawrence when I received items that did not belong to me. I was told to keep these and give to a worthy recipient or a charity, which was such a lovely touch from My 1st Years. Plus the goods I ordered were of wonderful quality.

Quality not as expected

Ordered a personalised rucksack as a gift. The order came and unfortunately, was so damaged it wasn’t presentable as a gift. The item had so many pulls and loose stitching . I contacted customer services and they arranged a replacement straight away. The lady was very helpful and quick. The replacement arrived today and I’m afraid the item has the same issue once again! Loose stitching, pulls and the name looks like it’s been damaged whilst being ironed on. Not what I expected for the price I paid!

Good service and products.

Good service and products. We purchased two items from My 1st years. One of which was a set of personalised Sleepysaurus Dinosaur pyjamas, These were very cute and came beautifully packaged in tissue paper and lovely gift /presentation box. The second item was a sweet little personalised wooden tea set. Unfortunately we had a problem with one of the items within the tea set, but this was speedily addressed and rectified by Lawrence (from customer support) who was an absolute star and had a replacement item sent out to us which arrived the very next day- We would be more than happy to order with them again in the future.

Excellent quality, First class service

I have ordered a few gifts from My 1st Years & the quality has always been excellent. On a recent order they sent the wrong size & after emailing them they responded within minutes, rectified the mistake & sent another item express delivery. First class service, i can highly recommend.

Amazing service

I’ve always brought products from My 1st Years since my daughter has been born and all the products have been amazing. Recently I had an issue with a towel, I emailed customer support and Valerie who was dealing with my issue was very prompt in replying. She dealt with my issue straight away and was very helpful in assisting me. Replies were fast, service was fantastic and customer service manners were fantastic. Thank you Valerie for your help and support and most importantly solving my issue. Will 100% carry on buying from My 1st Years, service is amazing! Thank you.

Issue solved with speed and friendly service

Ordered from here for the first time, really happy with the soft comforter I ordered and the farm themed personalised music box was lovely however mine arrived with a couple of defects. A few emails later and the wonderful Lawrence made the return and replace process so smooth and friendly. When things go wrong the customer service received from a company really can affect whether you want to have dealings with them again in the future…Lawrence has certainly kept my custom for future with his great service
