Great experience

I have been ordering from My 1st Years since my daughter was born in 2020. All of the items I have received has been lovely. However my last order was awful! I ordered a personalised jewellery box for my daughter’s 3rd birthday, it arrived on the 10/11/23. I opened it on the 15/11/23 to find it was damaged and the quality was terrible. It was covered it marks and the bits of jagged wood stuck out inside. I contacted My 1st Years and at first they advised me it cannot be returned as it was personalised. At this point I called them to complain and they agreed for it to be returned and replaced. I returned the item on the 16/11/23. On the 23/11/23 I contacted them via chat to check the item had been received by them. And advised I needed the replacement ASAP as it’s my daughter’s birthday the first week of December. Someone responded and asked for proof, which I provided. They then advised me a replacement will be sent via express delivery as an apology for any inconvenience. It’s now the 30/11/23, I still don’t have the replacement or any monies returned. My daughter’s birthday is next week and I still don’t have the present I wanted to give her. Shocking experience.

I loved the look and style of the matching raincoat and wellies and when they were delivered the quality didn’t disappoint either. Unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery but Shannon (support staff) went above and beyond to put it right and as fast as possible. Absolutely delighted with product and service and they’re definitely on my goto list for gifts for little grandchildren

I have purchased a few things over the years both personally and for work colleagues and have always loved their merchandise. It's always of a good quality and well presented. I had an issue with my grandson's personalised order not turning up and it was looking like it was lost. Dorota was very thorough in tracking the lost item down. She has responded to my emails so quickly! I had an issue with the gift box not being personalised and she has dealt with that straightaway and I have a new one on the way. I received my baby walker today for my granddaughter and it's beautiful. The quality is outstanding and the packaging is also beautiful. I placed my personalised order only a few days before receiving it. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be a returning customer.
