Edit - I originally gave 3 stars, because of the uncertainty caused by getting a delivery email without any tracking details, so I knew it was being delivered that day but no idea when. It is clear from their response that they are taking this seriously, and I doubt that tracking details will be omitted from any future delivery emails. On the basis that it is fairer to rate them based on how they have responded I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Original review: It is clear from the response I received that I am very pleased with the product I bought but not with My 1st Years itself. Without any prior info on likely shipping date I received an email advising it would be delivered that day. However, no tracking details, so I had no idea when I could go out for a walk that day. As it happened the item was delivered by Evri while I was waiting for a reply from Customer Services but it was needless uncertainty that doesn't make me think positively about them.

What a lovely, helpful company this is. I had a couple of questions I needed to ask and Aleksandra helped me with them and even sent me a video of the item I wanted so I could see how it worked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I have never had such a fast and professional service from any other company! I ordered a wooden musical box at midnight asking for it to be personalised and needed it within 24 hours ....an impossible ask as the name and Christening date had to be carved.....the musical box was dispatched early the next day!! How crazy is that? The quality of the carousel is amazing and it comes in a lovely box...totally incredible..I have never received such a fast service anywhere before!! I cannot recommend this company more highly.

As I’d never used this company before, I was apprehensive, but they have been brilliant. After making the order, I realised I’d made an error in typing the shipping address. I emailed them and received a reply within minutes. The product I ordered arrived within a few days and was beautifully packaged. The teddy bear I bought was good quality and larger than I thought it would be which was a nice surprise. Couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service from Aleksandra. I emailed with a query and she responded almost immediately. She asked me to clarify something and again responded almost instantly. I’m delighted with the goods sent and the prompt responses. Aleksandra sent a replacement part out by special courier so that it was delivered as soon as possible. Can’t praise her enough

Very disappointed, ordered a personalised chair for my granddaughter and paid a premium for next day delivery, it did not arrive on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday and I had to contact them myself on Monday for an update. I now have to wait five working days for my money back! Was offered £15 off next order but have no faith in them delivering and will never use again
