I missed place vortex Razor HD rifle scope box, I contacted vortex warranty and Eddie was so helpful. vortex replace the original box and flip caps the original manual including the sunshade which I received in two day's. 100% rate vortexs which are a outstanding optics which are back by great warranty by the looks of things. Amazing customer service. Sent my vortex red dot in as the lens had been damaged and they got me a replacement sent out the next day with contact via Email throughout with what was happening. Couldn’t have been any better

They dealt with servicing my Vortex binoculars, which were under warranty. The service was really quick. I got a replacement newly refurbished pair with new bag and strap in under a week from sending mine off. Very happy with service.

Fantastic and timely service, after 2 weeks I got a phone call simply asking for me to email the desired address for my repaired item. After receiving confirmation the same day I received my sight 2 days later, cheers guys.

I had a broken Vortex optic which I returned to the warranty centre to have a look at. Email communication throughout the process was on point, quick responses and very helpful. From sending the optic to them, to receiving the warranty replacement back was all sorted in less than a week, very impressed! Friendly service throughout, customer service done right!

I recently had to contact Country Sports Wholesale Ltd as my Vortex scope covers had gone missing whilst in storage. The service I received was excellent. My problem was dealt with promptly and efficiently, and I cannot fault their customer service. I would highly recommend buying Vortex products as not only are they high quality, but the warranty is second to none should you have a problem. Thanks to Eddie for sorting out the problem so quickly.

I unfortunately scratched both lenses on my 6yr old Viper 15x50 Binoculars, I emailed Vortex, they replied saying I was covered by their VIP warranty and would either replace for equivalent value immediately or would repair my old Vipers as this model had been discontinued. I decided to go for the 12x50 Viper HDs as these have higher spec glass fitted. They arrived next day and I have to say are excellent...big thanks to Eddie and Vortex for their second to none VIP Warranty.

Got in touch with a warranty request, item was delivered to Eddie Monday morning by 11:30 Monday morning I had a replacement on it way under Vortex VIP warranty, if you have any Vortex issues in the UK this is the place to send it!
