Had problems with Viper red dot optics,

Had problems with Viper red dot optics, Because it was bought from amazon, couldnt go to the local dealer to solve this, i made a contac via email. You guys have super service, clear, kind and rapid responses to emails, Never had so high level service in any warranty issue ever … Thank You guys, I feel like a king 😁 !

Sent away an optic on Monday because it wouldn’t zero in. Got it back Thursday completely brand new replacement!!!!! Brilliant service and kept in contact the whole time. 100% recommend, I won’t go anywhere else for optics.

Sent in my diamond back binoculars on Tuesday hoping for them to get fixed as the harness strap lug snapped off got a very fast email off Eddie from country sports saying they where unable to fix but he’s sending a new pair out ASAP, absolutely amazing effort and customer service very happy thanks guys

Superb service by Vortex Uk

I contacted Vortex to see if my Fury 10x42 binoculars could be repaired as the outside material was crumbling away. Within 2 working days I was contacted by Vortex to return my binoculars to their warehouse in Baldock. Within a few days they contacted me to say that they were unable to refurbish them but the would replace them with latest Fury. The next day the new binoculars arrived. I was delighted with the binoculars, their excellent service, helpful advice and in particular the speed with which they responded. Excellent.

Vortex the best!

I am a French customer and when I contacted the after-sales service for my Sparc Solar red dot, Vortex immediately sent a spare part without discussion! They are super efficient and fast I am impressed! I am proud to use the Vortex brand, for the quality of the material and the support of the team. I will stay at Vortex!

I returned my Vortex rifle scope to the Vortex retainer at the Northern shooting show on Saturday due to a fault with the illumination switch for the reticule. I was told that it would be looked and if it could not be repaired I would receive a new upgraded scope. Today I received an email telling me a new replacement scope was on its way and should arrive tomorrow. Thais what I call brilliant after sale service, I’ve had my old scope 10 years! Brilliant, thank you very much for all your help!
