Had a most pleasant customer service experience. Had a broken item, got it solved quite quickly and I was informed very well in every step of the progress. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Asked via email for same spare parts, the day after my request the spares were shipped to me free of charge (!!!). Just great support.

I would give 6 stars if I could!

I would give 6 stars if I could! I was sceptical about the lifetime warranty on my Vortex binoculars, given that they were manufactured in China, sold by a US company and purchased in England. I needn’t have worried…..having established that CSW were the UK agents and spoken with Eddie, the process was so easy. Mailed them to him on Friday afternoon and received them back repaired the following Tuesday. I was kept informed of progress the whole time by email. Other companies could learn from customer service as good as this!

Both representatives at Vortex, Martin and Eddie, were incredibly helpful with my query and worked above and beyond to resolve my issue. Special thanks to Eddie as the warranty specialist! Vortex's customer service is second to none and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Amazing customer service.

I had a perceived issue with a Vortex Venom Red Dot sight. After some dialogue with the supplier CSW suggested I send it back to them to have a look at. they inspected and tested it almost the day it arrived with them and found a slight issue with the amount of elevation available. I had an upcoming competition so the sight was replaced and posted back the same day it was tested. Absolutely amazing service. Part of the reason I bought a Vortex was the bomb proof warranty and CSW and Vortex have delivered. This is what sets companies apart in a crowded market and will now mean that when I replace my other two scopes this year, Vortex will be the first manufacturer I check out.

I highly recommend Vortex

I highly recommend Vortex and their amazing customer service. I recently had an eyepiece break on my binos and contacted their warranty department. Within a couple of days we found a custom solution and they took care of everything including the international shipping to my house address in Denmark. Big thanks to Vortex as a whole and especially their UK warranty department.
