I had a problem with my Vortex Fury HD 5000 Binoculars and was fortunate enough to speak to Eddie Price from CSW at the Stalking Show, he advised me to ship them to him and he would sort them out. I shipped on the Monday and had them back in my hands by the following Saturday, all sorted and ready for stalking on Monday. Nice people at CSW, very helpful and a fast professional service. Had a broken Vortex red dot which was sent out yesterday. Had an email off Eddie at the Warranty service that cover Vortex. No hidden strings attached. Sent out a new one in the post.
