I phoned today to upgrade two mobile contracts and the first person who dealt with me was arrogant and added something onto my account without me knowing and when I asked him about this he got defensive and cheeky so I ended the call. I phone customer service to make a complaint and she was such a joy (not) wasn’t interested. Second person was a little better although I ended the call.

Inefficient, False Promises, Lies

My account keeps getting incorrectly suspended for no reason. My account manager is Robert Pacey and his team leader is Adam Cooley. I was assured this was resolved two weeks ago but then this continuously reoccurs causing major issues and disruption at work alongside losses for the business. When I call, I get passed on and taken round in circles. I strongly recommend you do not use Onecom - you will regret it. These credit have been outstanding since NOVEMBER 2023. I have emails confirming the credits have been applied but then credit control still suspend my service. It is a vicious circle. In addition, we have had no repeaters installed in the building meaning the cordless phone does not work throughout the building. I have raised this 9 times since January 2024, I constantly get told they are to be installed. it is now almost 6 months and I am still waiting. They will hopefully install this after our contract finishes???

ONECOM UNDERHAND ACTIVITY

Is Onecom on the other side of the line? Then do yourself a huge favour - Hang up! Please, do not get involved with scam called Onecom and avoid it at any costs, otherwise you will end up dealing with their fraudulent activities. Their salespersons are on the mission to mis-sell contracts, and once they hook you up on a long term contract by false representation, you will be billed with invoices containing all sort of charges for existent and non-existent services, where you will end up of paying way much more money than you «agreed» on the phone. So far, it’s over 800 of us being scammed, but the list is growing. Please , do not get in that list. Give yourself a peace of mind. All the best. P.S. For your additional information: it’s all sent via your customer care email. Awaiting for reply.
