One con

One con. Sell you a contract, add loads of worthless crap like you’re getting a deal. Quoted me £100 a month 2 unlimited Vodaphone contract, 1 phone 1 sim only. Ended up paying £300 a month to Vodaphone they’d send me a payment for £150 afterwards. £150 wasn’t the amount I was quoted. Ended up just dumping the contract, losing my number and they’ve been chasing me since. Absolute rip offs these lot.

This one star is generous and only because I can’t give less. The company have a system of unfair contracts which force you into renewing. In the last 3 months they have taken £350 from my account for 2 SIM only cards one with next to nil data. I was told this would continue for a year unless I agreed to a new exorbitant contract. They refused to repay any money. They are systematically forcing people into rubbish contracts. My daughter heard me being bullied has dealt with them since. Stay away from this company and Vodafone who are the recipients of a large amount of money

Invoices never right do not sign up with these

This company is awful to deal with we have been with them for years and the NEVER EVER get an invoice right, they will agree a contract with you and you will spend months then asking them to credit and sort it out and it just goes on and on. I would never sign up with these again and certainly never on a direct debit becuase it does not make them fix their invoicing misktakes.
