Very quick and helpful service today

Quick and helpful support was provided by Christy when I had a query about an issue. Great service again from Onecom.

Chloe was very helpful and very nice. I was pleased to talk with her today after having had an awful day with a Onecom advisor earlier in the week. She was able to reduce my billing even though that hadn’t been mentioned to me as a possibility the other day. I was feeling pretty stupid and I was sure I was being ripped off. Somehow I had ended up with a ridiculous contract I couldn’t seem to get out of. Although I am still obliged to fulfil my contract Chloe was able to get my payments reduced for the remainder of the term. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Onecom on my recent experience but Chloe was lovely and is a credit to that company. They are lucky to have her.
