Poor customer service and ongoing issues with incorrect bills. I was forced into taking out a 5 year contract. Do not use this company.

I would give them zero rating but that’s not an option. They tell you they can offer you cheaper monthly payments and do not leave you alone until you move to them. They should be called Onecon as they con you out of money and the prices go up so much that it’s extortionate. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Cameron in the Care team has been brilliant in helping me resolve a complicated billing/ renewal query. She has gone the extra mile in coming up with options which have saved me money. She is easy to communicate with both on e mail and has been happy to phone me to avoid going through the company’s phone system to get through to the right person.
