A few days ago, I spoke to a lady named Michelle. Once I shared my problem, within 2 days she sent a technician to fix the issue. Also the technician did an excellent job and was quite understanding with everything. Michelle worked around my schedule and fixed a convenient time for the technician to come over. Overall, both Michelle and the technician did a very decent job. It was outstanding customer service! Would recommend again to all my friends! I would like to say thank you to Michelle for fixing this issue.

Their personnel has always proven to be courteous: Checking first with us, when there has been a mishap, to make sure we are fine. This insures that we are not charged by the city unnecessarily for a false police involvement. They have replaced batteries in record time when that has to be done. We recommend them highly.

We used another service prior to Vector. We switched because we experienced multiple false alarm events. The previous company seemed unable to resolve the problem. Since switching to Vector there have been no false alarms.

We were recommended many years ago that this company was great to deal with. Since that time we've had a few service calls and the technicians were on time and polite. The work was performed to the highest standard. I have recommended Vector in the past and will in the future.

They called a couple of times to say they were coming. Came on time. Was able to resolve issue right away. Was in and out quick so had time to do other things.

Security service is fine but sales and customer service is poor. The sales person did not tell me about additional service fees so I did not prepare to pay more than we had discussed. Also the contract time frame for service was not well explained and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get in touch with anyone to help at Vector Security
