Very satisfied. Technicians were awesome! Very nice and very proficient. They took the time to show me everything and how to use it the right way. Very, very good!!!

I have recommended Vector Security to others. We purchased a house that was already equipped with Vector Security and after calling and setting up a meeting with them, we continued to use this service. We have a hearing impaired daughter and we feel safe and secure with the fire alarm connected to the service.

Updated my system quickly, clear concise explanations with quick response time when we discovered a problem ( phone and unit not communicating correctly).
