Customer service problem solving very,very poor
When terminating my service, I had to go through a lot of changes(writing a letter, scanning it , and sending it to a special department) that should have been easier and not so time consuming. I was promised a refund for my unused service more than a month ago and , to date, I have not received it or been told when it will come.

Any interaction I've had with their staff has been top notch. They are knowledgeable, patient, and answer all my questions in a professional and personable manner. I especially want to mention Becky in the office and John, the service tech in my area.
Vector Security Services
I contracted Vector Security in May 2016. They have a reasonable price, professional technicians, very good customer care, and respond very fast to your requests or questions. I find their blog instructive and I would recommend their services to anybody interested to get security services and peace of mind.
Very good but sometimes slow on setting up the system from your mobile phone
Very happy with the personnel and the system installers i and the repair man when needed. The response time in setting the system from your mobile phone sometimes takes way too much time. other than that we are very pleased with Vector Security.

Customer Service At Its Best!!!
In this day and age, it's rare that one would find first class customer service as I did when I spoke with Mr. Kevin Myer. Recently I've had to contact Vector a few times for repair service and billing questions. Each time, I've had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Kevin and I must say It was such a pleasure! He was personable, helpful, patient and polite!

Non existent service and support
I have Vector security at my home for two years now due to a three year contract. In these two years my equipment acted up two times. I had a similar experience both times. I would get a call early in the morning from the monitoring department that they have received trouble signals from the equipment. Since I had purchased the additional warranty, I asked to talk to the service department, who took all details of everything from me, and then said that I will be contacted by the local team that will set up an appointment within 48 hours. Three days went by and I did not receive the call. Upon calling them again to follow up, I was told that someone will contact me within the next 48 hours. Still no call. And I still get the call every morning from the monitoring department. Few days later, someone named Kevin calls me to ask if someone came by, and I reported negative. 3 days have gone by since. I am stuck with a contract, equipment issues and non existent customer service.
Worst experience ever!
Vector Corporate refuses to let me out of my contract despite me being relocated for work to a place they DO NOT cover. Plus they are taking the equipment out of the house, so what am I still paying for? Just don't do it and call ADT. I thought working with a smaller local company would have benefits as I like to support the local business however, in this case I wish I would have just called a real organization. Stay away at all costs unless you know you will never leave your house under any situation.
