Fuel cap replacement
I made an enquiry for a replacement fuel cap, and was told that my strimmer was still covered by a warranty, a free replacement part was posted on to me. The telephone operative, Sanjana, could not have been more helpful!

Company delivered the lawnmower I ordered very quickly. Unfortunately, the supplied battery was defective and I contacted the supplier who responded very positively and quickly. Sanjana was very helpful and they dispatched a new battery very quickly which arrived and all is well. Excellent response and great customer service.

I had a problem with a malfunctioning component, and although the product was 2 and half years old, Genpower were happy to replace the item. The fact that they suggested a video to evidence the issue turned out to be a really useful means of describing the fault and prevented a lengthy return and repair process. Peter Whuartohe kept me up to date with progress and was extremely courteous, helpful and prompt throughout the engagement - I certainly had the impression I was being looked after. The replacement part arrived the day after I was notified it had been sent - a great experience
