3 months in and I love it. Im a bigger guy and find clothes tough to fit, but have only had 1 exchange (brand sizing can be difficult). The exchange process was quick, painless, and flawless. They style, quality, and service is awesome

I’ve used Stately for over a year now

I’ve used Stately for over a year now. My first box was outstanding and it was great getting quality clothes delivered to my door! Plus it all paired well with some of the clothes I already had! All my deliveries are sent on time and delivered in tact. My box I just received was a home run!! The shirts were perfect, just my style and the jeans fit like they were made for me. My stylist for this box Darija put this look together and it was like she was shopping with me and got it all perfect!! Thanks for being a company that cares and delivers!! I will be using them for a long time.

Overpriced SCAM Buyer Beware

Overpriced SCAM Buyer Beware. Took nearly 3 weeks to receive 1st box. All but 1 item fit, completed exchange, received items 2 weeks later, 1 item was an XL that I could not button, another XL shirt, same style fit perfectly albeit material felt cheap. Outer wear I received as an exchange was nowhere close to my preference sheet or what I shared with consultant. Out of blue, I get email 2nd box is about to ship WHAT!!!! I selected every 3 months, not 1 month. Email came a day after they charged my card. Tried to use their message service to stop order, receive sorry we missed you!!!! Sent email, no response, tried message service again next day, got someone!!!! Asked them to cancel my order immediately as I tried to cancel my subscription but order appears to have processes. Online says $499 charged but order is unfullfilled. I am offered a $25% discount not to cancel, I kindly refuse and ask for the order to be cancelled. Told, must elevate to leadership. Two days later, receive response, leadership says no attempt to cancel on their system so order must be processed per their terms!!!!! Unbelievable. When I signed up for this subscription service, I 100% selected every 3 months as there was no way I could afford $500/month. I checked my account and somehow it reverted to monthly. Clearly I have no way to prove this but what is shady is they give you no notice that your next order is about to process like so many other companies that offer a subscription service. They know if you miss the window per their terms, they got your money and there is no recourse - nada - none! I will say the customer service rep was very polite and did follow-up but clearly had no discretion to solve my issue. Her response, leadership team will review and make a decision. $900 dollars later - I have a bunch of well cordinated cheap fashion that does not fit and cannot exchange for a 2nd time without having to pay shipping - Expensive lesson to learn!!!!

Awful Quality and Service

This service is a scam. They ship you outlet quality clothing with imperfections and defects. The exchange process is awful. I just received my third exchange, and two items are too big - their response is, "sorry you have to cover the shipping cost for the third exchange." I canceled my subscription and will donate to goodwill because it's nothing I would wear. Stay clear of this service.

The "customer service" of this online…

The "customer service" of this online membership is horrible aka.Hot garbage. Useless. Still haven't received my first order placed Nov. 7.2022.. 20 days later... Still nothing... And STILL have to wait maybe another week or more! The website says first delivery should be delivered within a week maybe two if you're far. I'm in N.Cal. they are supposedly in So. Cal . So in reality, I shoulda received my delivery within a week, max! Anytime you need help, you get generic responses, almost like they are bots or just don't really care. I paid for my first delivery on Nov 7, took a couple weeks to finally get the order fulfilled... Then...Finally get a reply saying the package is for some reason delayed.. in a town 20 ish miles away with no one knowing anything about it. I kept getting generic replies . So I filed a claim with ups..a day later . stately texted me saying a new delivery will be sent out.. so... Maybe another week or more. The only reason they resent anything was because I filed a claim. This place is zero stars. I. .. I'll hopefully get something . I already paid about 200 bucks btw. This place so far stinks of a scam.

Complete scam. Ships discount rack crap and refuses refunds. Read all the reviews. I received products I did not select and items in the wrong sizes. Horrible customer service.

Happy customer since July 2019…

I have been a happy customer since July 2019. They have done an excellent job in addressing any issues, the few times I have experienced any such as items too big or not my style. They are prompt as well in responding. I upgraded to the lux plan and it has been one of the best moves I have made. My Challenge I am a small short guy living in a big world :) and most stores don't carry my XS or S size. Once in a while, I find clothing items at stores such as H&M, Express, Nordstrom or Bonobos, or Original Penguin to name a few. Shoes only at Nordstrom. This requires me to find shopping centers or malls that have these stores nearby, which are normally deep in the City (Chicago). The Solution Stately has saved me tons of hours at the stores, also tons of driving around, and so much more. I have also enjoyed every box I have received. I haven't done much shopping or any shopping in three years (Except for suits) and my closet is full (dress shoes, belts, socks, pants, sweaters, t-shirts, etc). Perhaps it is true SOME of the items I could find on sale at stores such as Marshall, TJ Maxx, Ross...but after how much driving, time-wasting, and annoyances with going to stores :) TOTALLY WORTH IT and I love the fact that my stylists respond to my requests for changes in upcoming boxes - if I have too many belts for example...I can ask to remove those items in the next few boxes and they just replace them with other items I ask for such as watches :) - what's not to like about that.

Really love my experience with them

Really love my experience with them. They're exactly as advertised. The exchange process is super simple and easy as long as you follow the directions they have listed on their website. No complaints whatsoever. Love the clothes, they nailed my style, my wife loves my clothes now so it's a win on multiple levels :^D

Dishonest experience

Dishonest experience, hard to cancel. NOT possible to return. And they did a "gym" style cancellation where I asked for cancellation, they confirmed cancellation, but I actually had to fill out a form and they didn't actually cancel my last month until too late. Honestly, was low quality and not enjoyed.
