New Member First Impressions

I just got my first box as a Regal member and am very impressed. The English Laundry jeans fit soo well and the Ben Sherman jacket is super comfy. My wife is dying to know if they'll come out with a woman's box! Im sticking around for the next box!

Great Service and Amazing Customer Service!

I originally signed up on the Luxe Plan. The first box wasn't bad but that was on me since I didnt fully complete my style profile. Once i went through it the boxes that came after were amazing! The styling was so on point that i upgraded to Regal. Now I'm getting shoes in every box and the clothes are really nice. They just added a Presidential plan so now I'm eying that plan!

I would definitely recommend!

I consider myself very picky when it comes to clothes so i was very reluctant to sign up for any clothing subscription service. I tried Stitch Fix and hated that I had to pay full retail for the items I wanted to keep. I tried Stately and was blown away. Not only did I NOT have to pay full price for each item but I could also exchange any of the items I didn't like. I'm definitely recommending them!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I switched from "StitchFix" to try something new and purchased the "Regal" Plan and everything that I received looks like things that you can purchase for much cheaper at Target or Walmart. The clothes that I that were looks NOTHING like the style that I uploaded on my profile. The pictures that they upload on their social media are not what they send you. I specifically noted on my profile to stay away from plaid or anything with lines and they sent two items with just that. I should have just stuck with "StitchFix" because at least that company send you pictures of what they are going to send you before they send it and allow returns.

Stately is a complete ripoff

Stately is a complete ripoff. Poor quality and styling choices. Worse yet, 3 weeks after I cancelled my subscription they sent me a new box and charged me for it. Don't give them your credit card info.

Not worth the hassle or cost - poor service

Be VERY sure to read the fine print. If you’re disappointed with what you get you have very little recourse and it’s an awful feeling. Once a box is processed - before you even get it- you are stuck with it. There are NO REFUNDS- so be sure to skip a box after your first one to make sure you actually want the service or you’ll quickly be stuck paying big time for a box of clothes that you don’t want. Exchanges are clunky and the stylists are useless. I made an easy and specific sizing request for my very first box that was flat out ignored- making that item useless. If you’re shorter or skinny you’re not likely to get anything that fits and there are no XS. Better off avoiding completely as their business model is trapping you into things instead of mixing and matching like most other box deals.

I signed up for a regal plan and was promised $200 worth of bonus items which should have had watch, hat etc. I received the package with no bonus items. Upon following up I was told the jacket is a bonus item. I was like really. The jacket is the standard in the Regal Plan which is a $300 plan. So all I received for $300 is pair of tshirts, pant and accessories. Big big mistake. Followed up with customer service and they were giving standard replies like I am not the only one suffering. Plus dont go by youtubers who look like actual customers, they are all paid channels which you can find on stately website. Avoid it at all costs. Thanks me later.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. I took the time to fill out specifically what I was looking for - business casual clothes for the office. Their advertising on Instagram showed clothes that were exactly what I was looking for. However, in reality - they provided a lot of cheap clothing that is no where near my style. There wasn't an option to approve or reject the stylist picks. I honestly do not believe there is even a stylist - I think this business finds cheap garbage and marks it up significantly. Do not waste your time with this joke of a company. I've sent my box back to Stately, attempting to get a refund and they will not comply. Their website is loosely worded in terms of refund/exchange/returns. Avoid!!! Stitchfix, Nordstrom, several other subscription companies are much better than this clown show.
