5☆ review of Bravoauto Warrington. Bought a great car, just what we were looking for at the right price. Great service received from my arrival. Was greated by a young chap who was most helpful and then dealt with sales person Sandra who went out of her way to ensure everything was right for us. Overall a great car buying experience. Would reconmend & would definately use myself again.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE AS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEY DONT SOLVE THE ISSUES - we purchased an Audi Q5 - it came into the showroom with screeching brakes - salesman said it would be sorted brakes still not resolved and after sending 5 emails to their complaints department they still haven’t responded - also the guardex gloss and leather care package never got applied when we purchased the car - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE AS YOU GET RIPPED OFF! Also they don’t make it known that they are not part of the motoring ombudsman so if you do have an issue you have no where to go and they can just keep ignoring you leaving you out of pocket with a below standard car.

I am very disappointed with the car that I bought from BA Wigan. Back in April, I bought a Jaguar, and the car seemed to be the worst car I ever owned. There were many faults in the vehicle; they offered me a warranty that refused to pay for my unstopped issues (engine mounts, adblue sensor, NOX sensors, EGR filter, issue with some wiring, cracked callipers). When I complained about the warranty because I felt that this was missold to me, Inchape (it seems this is the group) replied this was free and was not missold (tried to educate me in an insulting way), and there was nothing that they can do for me. I want to let that lady (Victoria) know that someone was promising you something that is not true; it is called mis-sold (not about money). Be careful when you buy a car from Bravo Auto; they are friendly advisors but with awful vehicles. Don’t be tricked by the smile.

Chelsea at bravoauto Norwich provided a professional and courteous service. She provided all the information we needed in a cheerful manner and made the whole experience enjoyable. We could not recommend the company and staff, especially Chelsea enough.
