Saw the advert online for the vehicle…

Saw the advert online for the vehicle make and model we were looking for and made contact with Bravo auto Liverpool after being messed about by a main dealer on another vehicle, Harry who dealt with our enquiry was polite and helpful and organised the deal quickly and efficiently. Communication was good throughout the process and the vehicle was delivered when they said it would be. Vehicle prep appears to be very good and the vehicle was immaculate on delivery (we bought unseen online) and vehicle was as described (Harry did provide a video of the vehicle with additional photographs before we agreed the sale). I would say the advert could have been more informative with regards options the vehicle had and service history etc. Time will tell like with any used vehicle if its a good one or not but I have no doubts the aftercare will be as good as the buying experience with 12m warranty and breakdown provided (hopefully never have to use) and would highly recommend contacting Bravo auto.

Fantastic customer service

I sold my car in December and I can highly recommend Bravo Auto Towcester as they were fantastic, specifically Sobia Arif who went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction, even coming in on her day off due to a computer glitch that let me book a Sunday appt! She was fantastic the whole way through, kept me updated every step of the way and when you are waiting to hear on something important this type of service makes all the difference. I would definitely use this branch/Sobia again in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service

I cannot thank Harry enough, after having a really bad experience with a very well known main dealer, Harry was absolutely amazing. A credit to the company he kept me informed at every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Every time I called everyone was so friendly and helpful! Well done Gary and the team an absolute 10/10 for customer service there wasn’t one thing you could have done better I would definitely use you for a car again, best service I’ve ever had! And that’s saying a lot!

Cant recommend bravo enough!…

Can't recommend bravoauto chester enough,Just sold my car to them and it all went through fast with both parties happy with the financial side (price was much better than other car buying sites).Jason dealt with everything for us he was very professional and polite,would not hesitate to use them again.

Avoid! Still waiting for a refund.

Bought a car from Bravoauto Cheltenham branch back in September and was sold a service plan alongside it, with confirmation that the future services would all take place in their Cheltenham branch. However, a few weeks later this branch was shut, so I duly rang the Cheltenham branch to say this service plan is no longer going to do what I signed up for, and they said to "leave it with them". Luckily no payments had been taken at this point so thought everything would be fine. However, come 1st November the first payment was taken from my bank account. Since then I have repeatedly tried to get my money back, and am still waiting to receive all of it. I have spoken on a number of occasions to the Swindon Branch who say they will call me back, but never do. When someone does actually speak to me, they basically say not their problem, it's a third party, computer says no! I've emailed the head office to complain and have received no response from them either. Bravo auto probably fine if there's no issues, but if there are, good luck getting anyone to sort it out in a timely manner. Avoid avoid avoid!
