The car has a serious issue and Bravo Auto ignore emails
The car they sold me has a serious issue. I reported this to Bravo Auto and was asked for evidence, which I sent them. Since then they have simply ignored all my emails. It's shocking a company behaves this way in this day and age! In response to their reply, below. Bravo Auto clearly did not read my review. I am very clearly complaining about them ignoring my several emails. I have already emailed to this address and I emailed their Chief Executive. I received an aknowlegement from this email but nothing more. Now, they don't even bother to aknowlege my emails. They have taken circa £25k from me for this car and have chosen to ignore the issue I have raised! I strongly suggest you avoid this company. I'm sure people are happy initially, especially when nothing goes wrong with their vehicles. They have only dealt with sales staff. But, be warned, my experience is they simply ignore you when something goes wrong. Buying a vehicle is expensive, can you afford to lose your money?

Bravo Auto's service plan is falsely…
Bravo Auto's service plan and warranty is falsely advertised. I brought a 2017 Honda from Bravoauto Shrewsbury in January 2023 along with a service plan. When I brought the car I was promised it had underwent full major service before my purchase. Car's service light went off in just couple of days after my purchase, and I was told the service technician had forgotten to update the computer, which they did promptly in couple of days. We started smelling fuel in car cabinet in August, and contacted bravo Auto Chester service team. The car was returned to us after a day, and service team informed us they could smell the fuel, but could not find any problems with the car, and we need to highlight this issue when we bring the car in for major service. Now my car is showing service due again since September (less than 4000 miles drive from January to August), and the service team has refused to book it claiming it is not due till December. I was finally able to book it for MOT and service on 14 of December ( As cars MOT was due on 18th), only to pick the car without service. The reason given this time was, as I purchased the car in January, there's not enough money in my service plan for a full car service, thought I'm making monthly payments since my purchase. I think they have perfected the art of scamming people with their warranty and service plan!

The worst experience to do a repair service here
I bought a Abarth 595 from this company and the engine lights keeps on once a period and they never fix it correctly even parts were ordered incorrectly.I have to bring the car in again and again. My last visit was on 1 Nov 2023 and again they cannot fixed the issue and ask me to wait for another parts and they promised they will do a full investigation on my car. I have been waiting for a month but there is no update yet. No response on email or phone calls. I keep calling them till early December and there is a voice message said the shop was permanently closed! How can they waste their customers time! I will never recommend BravoAuto to anyone who wants to buy or do any service here.

Fabulous experience of buying a car
Fabulous experience of buying a car (Towcester). Our dream car showed up on Bravoauto Towcester's site, but due to being hundreds of miles away and not being able to see in person before we bought, we were very apprehensive. Well we needn't have been. From our first contact with the team, we have had nothing but exemplary service. Ryan - you are a star salesman. Brilliant communication, an incredibly detailed video show-round of the car and all queries promptly dealt with. To be honest, the car seemed too good to be true, but when we travelled down to pick it up - it wasn't! It was even better than we expected. Thank you Ryan for making what can be a stressful and nerve-wracking purchase a breeze. A quick mention also to Matthew (who completed the handover, as Ryan was on a well-deserved holiday), and Simran (our initial contact who was very professional and friendly). What more can we say except bravo, Bravoauto Towcester!
Bought a fiat 500 in January 2023
Bought a fiat 500 in January 2023, 2 months later the blower motor went, not covered on warranty, a quote of £300. How is that not covered on a warranty and so soon after buying. Rang and spoke to the sales man and from what it sounds like nothing is covered really. So what's the point. So disappointed. It was impossible to even get its MOT booked in even though I took up the service plan as they are all closing. Inchape told me they would have to deal with it, not exactly the experience I wanted with what I thought was a trustworthy business.
