The worst decision I made was buying a car from this company. I paid over 11k for a car only to have nothing but trouble with it. Within a week the wing mirror glass fell out no problem I glued it myself within 10 days the windscreen washers stopped working. Then 2 months later brake pads went and oil warning light came on I paid to get the work done they did reimburse me for that. Then engine warning light came on back to the garage they sorted that then 3 weeks later back on again only to be told I had a oil leak then they couldn’t find the oil leak so gave it me back. Engine warning light comes on again and they change another part 3 weeks after it’s back on again. The customer service is absolutely awful they never answer the phones. I have tried to get them to swop the car or give me my money back but with no joy. If you are thinking of buying a car from these garages I would seriously think twice. Once they have your money then it’s too late.

In March this year I purchased a 65 plate Renault Kadjar from Bravo auto in Cannock with only 44,094 miles on the clock. 8 months later and only 5,000 later the timing chain has snapped causing substantial damage the warranty company informed me that they will only cover a maximum £1000 single claim and I’ve been quoted £3,500 for a replacement engine. Having spoken to the after sales team at the dealership ( which is now closed) they’ve informed that their investigation has said that’s down to general wear and tear . Extremely frustrating and disappointing

I give Brava Auto Bolton 1 star

I give Brava Auto Bolton 1 star. I bought a car, for £30,000 but I was not told until the last payment that there was only one key, and I was told by Paul the car was manufactured with 1 key which was a lie from Paul who also suggested to make a false insurance claim to get another set of keys which he has done many times himself. I went into Skoda Bolton and was told that 2 keys are required to be the primary user and the previous owner had 2 keys and When I contacted Brava Autos, they wouldn't contribute to the cost of the key, i also contacted brava auto’s head office via telephone and 2 emails 4 weeks ago and they don't even have the decency to acknowledge never mind reply that's what they think of there customers. I am now £450 out of pocket having to get another key which SHOULD have already been given with the car as it still has the previous owner as the primary user on the onboard system and the only way to remove them and cancel the key they have is to get a 2nd key made from Skoda.

Is this a scam company .

Okay so after deciding to buy a car and putting a deposit on one ,I find the was then sold to someone else ,upon my purchase I waited for a salesman to confirm its delivery to the Birmingham depot ,the call never came so I chased the dealer to find out they had sold it to someone else .now I still haven't received my refund deposit money and the car !! Amazingly is back up for sale ,I was so disappointed after months of searching for a particular model and colour that this happened. And now !! Not to be offered even a phone call out of courtesy to maybe make ammends to re offeer the opportunity to buy this car adds to my further disappointment. Haden its Darren. From Birmingham. What's going on with the dealership. I'm assuming they're is a big issue .I feel scammed .
