Buying a car made easy
We are both in our 70s, last time we purchased a car was 9 years ago so a lot as changed. Found the car we had been looking for on the net,arranged a viewing again on the net (easy). Arrived on time and met by Bev.I dont know her title but I think she is a sales coordinator very easy with people,Knew her job ready to help in every way to insure that we were looked after and had a successful outcome. We bought the car and arranged a pick up date this was handled by Danielle again very personable and helpful. So you can tell from this review I had a good professional outcome with bravoauto of Derby.

Money finally given back.
Final Update: money has been finally given back. It took a while and the experience was not pleasant. Nonetheless I’ve changed the stars to 3. Still waiting for my £99 deposit back after 3 months. Been back and forth with emails and they keep saying it’ll be back in 10 days. Ridiculous. I would not recommend sending a deposit otherwise you’ll be chasing it back for months and god knows if it’ll ever be returned or I’ll have to chase it up through a county court. Update: I’ve replied back to the below email with the evidence and email link from BravoAuto Crewe, and still haven’t heard back from either. It’s been 11 days, surely it shouldn’t take that long to email back and say we’ve received your email and are looking into it? The service is just very poor at the moment. Update: Still not response from the email provided below as of 16th August.
Bravo auto Towcester
I contacted Bravo auto Towcester about a car I was interested in and got told they would send me a personal video, that was never received so I reserved the car. The company made no contact with me following the reservation so I rang them. I spoke to Matthew about the car, he was really helpful so I bought the car and it was delivered last week. Couldn't be happier with the car and the service I got from Matthew, it would be 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of service after initial contact
Very bad service AVOID Warrington branch
Worst ever experience at warrington branch of Bravo Auto. The salesman Craig tried to sell car which clearly needed attention, every time I bought up an issue with the vehicle was fobbed of. Took ages get my £99 deposit back despite talking to sales manager Paul and Adam several times. The staff were just interested in the sale and didn’t care about the state of the vehicle. Official complaint logged but not expecting a response from this lot

We have just picked up our new (to us) car from the Cheltenham branch. The sales person, Betsy, was a delight to deal with; extremely helpful from the moment we walked through the door, to collecting the car a few days later. She made our car-buying experience a relaxed and enjoyable one. 10/10!

This is the second car that my family has bought from Bravoauto Guildford and the salesman Kevin Riley was fantastic he was very honest and helpful and found the cars that met our needs I would definitely recommend anyone to go and see him.
Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy I was ready to buy a Toyota Urbancruiser wich was listed for 2000£ , when I clicked o reserve now button the system has been blocked , refreshed the page , called next morning and they said is sold . Guess what ? Same car has been listed 2 weeks after for more than double price . They cheat on prices don't buy from them , tricky dealer ...
SUPERB!
Sam, Scott and Karl are true assets to the company. I recently had to deal with a number of dealers and I must say by far Bravo Motor is the BEST. They followed up everything on time, didn't push for a sale, did what I needed on time. Sam even came to work on a holiday to send me the video of the vehicle. Sam clearly explained how the warranty works even when all other dealers were trying to hide some T&Cs. Scott tried sending me the video but there was some issue with network, so he quickly facetimed me and showed me the vehicle from every angel and explained where the scratches were and how I could fix them. I urgently needed the payment receipt and Karl straight away sent it to me whilst I was still on the phone. Thank you guys for your help. Great job!!!!!
