Brilliant service

Went to pick up my new car from bravoauto, Burton today and couldn’t be happier. I was dealt with by a young lad called owen and he was extremely helpful and approachable throughout the whole experience. He answered any and all of my questions whilst doing it with a smile on his face. Very friendly and very knowledgable. Thank you so much for making the purchase so easy and relaxed.

Avoid

Do not buy from these clowns. Damaged, scratched cars with one key.... lack of service history. The rubbish the main dealers do not want on there fore court. Just go to a main dealer and pay a bit more to get a decent car, and good customer service, aftersales support.

Horrendous company,save yourself stress…

Horrendous company,save yourself stress and anxiety buying with a trusted seller. We bought a car 11 weeks ago and had engine failure 2 weeks ago. Phoned the Halifax branch numerous times and we haven’t received 1 phone call back yet. Looking to get trading standards involved. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Aftercare from Bravoauto

*** Please beware***** I bought a £23000 Car from the Halifax branch. When I picked the car up I was told that there wasn't a spare key, which it stated on the website that it did. I would ring the company to see where the progress of my car was and I wouldn't get a reply. These should have been my red flags!! I have now had my car for 10 weeks & it is currently sitting in a garage unable to start. 2 weeks ago I broke down on the side of the road with my young daughter, I called the 24hr roadside assistance that they give me and it was an incorrect number. I then had to pay to get myself and my daughter towed home, after being stranded 6 hours at the side of the road. This review is not slating the car as I love my car, this is a review to let people know that if you do have a problem with your car, after you have purchased it, the care of service you have is appalling. I got told that I would have to pay for my car to be repaired as the car is NOT under warranty with them. Its been a week since I contacted the company and I am still waiting a reply. Not all stores maybe the same but the level of aftercare I am receiving is disguising. Apparently as a good will gesture they will give me a discount on my repair!!! 12months warranty apparently doesn't apply to all cars!! Please check the fine print with the company!! I now have a £23K car that is not fit for purpose.

Non existent knowledge or customer service

Shocking Customer service - they had a great car at a great price and we needed one quickly so we had to buy which is the most annoying thing because the customer service is poor and the knowledge of anything is lacking. Communication from one team member to another is non existent. Buying a car should be a great experience and this will leave you feeling deflated and almost short changed, honestly I cant express enough how poor the whole experience was.

Absolutely delightful service from the staff. Felt very safe and reassured when purchasing my vehicle. It was a nice, quick and smooth transaction and i would highly recommend Bravo Autos! Big thanks to Scott & Johnny for all their help when making this big decision and commitment!

Excellent service, could not be better

I saw the car I was interested in, online, and contacted the team. They emailed and called me which seemed over zealous at first but actually they were absolutely brilliant. I lived a long way from the showroom and the team offered to send photos, do a video call so I could ask for specific views or focus points, or anything more before I decided to travel. They also tried to provide all of the information that I might want to know but didn't even know I might want to know. When I did attend, again they couldn't have been more helpful. I thought I was going to have to have the car delivered but they arranged for me to return my hire car to the local office of a national network, where they took me to and drove me back from and to top it all off, they filled the car with fuel for my long drive home! Everything was friendly and relaxed, not pushy at all, and it was all simple from start to finish. I cannot give a single bad comment about Scott Prescott or his Manager, Jonathan (I believe). Excellent is really what they were.

Not good unfortunately

All good, but the car came without interior mats, service not done, brake disk and pad disk worn to the max. in general the car looks pretty bad. When I push pedals break , car shake and vibrate E class 350
