Nice little car

Initially my review was negative merely out of frustration and anger but all is resolved in a timely manner to great satisfaction. The sales team are great and really happy with car purchased a couple non major faults but easily sorted but after sales was a bit of a letdown and needs improved if issues arise after sale. Thankfully I got help from Emily who got issues resolved to a great satisfaction.

The initial promise of friendly sales…

The initial promise of friendly sales and quick communication (they readily sent me a video of the car I was interested in buying and answered all my questions) the process soon when downhill. I was contacted and advised to reserve the vehicle as there was another interested party. I was assured that this would prevent anyone else, including the other interest party, from buying the car. I did this immediately and very soon after, received an email saying that they had sold the car to the other person in the meantime. This was in a complete contradiction to the promise they had made me. All I have been offered is my reservation fee back along with a several attempts to tell me that "they knew how I feel". They blatantly didn't as the problem wasn't the refunding of the fee, but the selling of the car THAT I HAD RESERVED under their instruction, from under my nose. I am now out of pocket for a car history check that I would not have done had I not been so blatantly lied to. Their pathetic offer to tell me if they got another similar car in stock to call me was met with the contempt with which they have treated me today. I cannot in any way recommend that you bother with a company that treats customers in such a manner. By all mean go ahead if you wish. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Bravo auto count your days, bunch of pathetic wimps that con hardworking civilians for their money and selling them faulty cars. As well as working along side finance companies to get anywho approved just so they can get rid of their damaged goods. Managers, employees at all sites are useless and miserable. Employees are being pressured by managers to disrespect customers and also lie to customers. The amount of evidence i have against you and the finance company that i believe your company works close with to con people and have been doing this for years, just look at your reviews. The Motor Ombudsman have been contacted and i will be surprised if they don’t come down on you like a tonne of bricks. Your devious and unprofessional ways have been noted from the minute I contacted you about my vehicle. Count your days. Im going to make sure you and the finance company suffer permanently for the stress and ordeal you have put me through. Bunch of liars and crooks, behind computers with no heart and dignity. Count your days, you and your company will suffer. The guy you sold a dodgy Vauxhall Mokka. Tik tock.

Very disappointed with the Norwich…

Very disappointed with the Norwich dealership, I was offered transport to the dealership where privately selling my own car, this offer was then revoked. Get to the dealership through my own arrangements to discover a multitude of issues with the car, scratches on the bumper, one deep enough to go beyond the paint & the bumper in-fact mis-aligned, inside of the car with stains on the seats, a filthy / mouldy centre arm rest storage area, a broken usb cover hidden by whoever prepared the car. Then when leaving the dealership a horrific braking noise caused by brake pads being fitted the wrong way around! Expected a much better service but as I'm not a customer to kick and stomp my feet and instead try to be rational about the situation there was no flexibility to the pricing based on the true condition of the car and had to be all the legwork myself to rectify the issues stated. Very unhappy about this from start to finish, certainly wouldn't come back to buy another car.
