Jamie @ Bravoauto Norwich was my salesperson when I bought my Mini Countryman. He was very friendly and welcoming when I entered the showroom. He was thorough and let my look at the car at my leisure without hassling every 5 mins. He went through all issues with the car, not like there many, just information regarding the private plates but assured me that they would sort the new V5 when the new one came through. He went through paperwork and made my car buying experience an easy and hassle free one. I had to take the car back as the battery had an issue but it was sorted without any problem. Sold me a car on the premise it had a full service history, only down the line I find out there is NO service history on the car. Rang and told that it’s “my word against theirs” and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. Started to have problems on the car and when I rang to use the warranty, I was told they had registered the wrong registration and car on the warranty and that I could not use it. Told that they can’t even swap it over because the branch I bought it from has closed and so nobody can access the documents. This company is a joke full of dodgy salesmen who want to take your money and leave you worse off. Avoid at all cost.

From start to picking up my new car the guys here were great, helpful and polite. Big thank you to Louis who went the extra mile and kept me informed of progress along the way. Car is great and I’m very happy, definitely recommend Bravo Auto and the team 👍🏻

Very happy with my Seat purchase. There was no pressure when going to look/test drive the car unlike other places I'd been to.
