The principle and design seem to be a good solution for the issue but after trying the 'cuff' twice, each for roughly two weeks, it did not provide the protection needed. I expect that for some people it will work well, but for me, being active, it was not effective. it was worth a try but unfortunately from my experience this is not something for everyone.

Switching to the Pacey Cuff, and away from the clamp definitely provided more comfort and very good urine control. Being able to adjust bottom pad location on the strap, gave some additional control over the sizing and function of the Cuff.

Customer service is great. The cuff itself I will give it 4 stars. The reusable pad is not even worth giving a review.

Did not work for me.

The device takes a lot of adjusting to get the right fitting. There are different incontinence clamps to choose from. I just haven't found one to stick with.
