While I am quite sure there are many who benefit from this device I just can't get it to work without pain and discomfort. Been over a week watched the videos and instructions. It just doesn't work for me. Good luck to those that can I rejoice in your success.

My honest experience with the Pacey Cuff is that the customer service is phenomenal. Nadine does a great job at answering all of my questions and also made sure to direct me to the FAQ on the website where a lot of my questions were already answered. I’d recommend the Cuff to any man with incontinence.

Very happy with Pacey's urinary cuff. Easy to wear (like a wrist watch). I can use it all day. It ended up saving me time and money because I don't need pads anymore.

Clamps have always been uncomfortable and stopped my natural blood flow. The Pacey Cuff is not a clamp... it’s a Cuff! It works for my incontinence needs! I enjoy the Pacey Cuff Reusable Guard too. Highly recommend!

The Cuff is effective. It requires careful adjustment but when properly fitted, works very well. The support provided by their customer service is exceptional.

Simple thoughful approach which may require some minor tweeking but beats the alternatives.
