Good website and prices, but I paid for next day delivery. The item was delayed in transit by DPD and it was recieved 2 days after being ordered. I emailed SPAN about getting some of the delivery cost back but they said their next day delivery service is not always 100% reliable due to problems out of their control. They did apologies for the delay but I feel at least a token gesture of compensation would have gone along way.

I chose Span as supplier for a Synology DS918+ based on a friend's recommendation. Span were efficient, responsive and helpful, delivered promptly, and I will certainly go back to them for any further storage requirements.

Found exactly what I needed on this companies site, this site had never come up before on my searches. Not the cheapest but good value anyway, also they actually had the products in stock and gave a very prompt and efficient service. So very pleased, this site now in my favourites, well done.
