Very responsive support who quickly sent a second replacement sage bambino water tank. Both the original and replacement started leaking where the base is glued to the tank walls. Hopefully it was just a bad batch but full marks to their support team on this issue.

Non delivery of Sage Blender Super Q
We ordered a Sage Blender 09/12/2024 directly from Sage and received confirmation that it had been shipped. DPD shows - We have received order details but have not received the parcel yet... until today! Multiple contacts with customer service via email and phone have been unsuccessful. All they say is to re-escalate my case and forward it to the appropriate department. We have now started the credit card refund process. Sage(Breville) are good products but avoid their site.

A Much-Improved Experience, but Room for Improvement
Follow up with my previous one star experience with Sage: After a frustrating initial experience with Sage, waiting two weeks for a technician and then being told I’d need to wait additional weeks for a replacement part, I wasn’t thrilled. However, after making a few follow-up calls on the day of the visit and the next day, Sage offered to replace my coffee machine entirely to avoid further delays. This solution was greatly appreciated and saved the situation for me. While I’m thankful for their help in resolving the issue, I can’t help but feel that offering a replacement right at the start would have made this a smooth, five-star experience.

Non delivery of Sage Barista Express…
We ordered a Sage Barista Express Impress on 15/1/25, direct from Sage. On 16/1/25 we received confirmation that it had been shipped, along with 2 other items that we ordered, a 'Knock-box' and 'Temp Control' Milk jug. On 17/1/25 we received notification from DPD that there was a problem with the delivery due to an 'unexpected issue'. On 18/1/25 we took delivery of 1 box containing the 2 smaller items, but no sign of the actual Coffee machine. I have been in contact with Sage Customer Service many times since last Saturday via email and phone and they still cannot tell me when they will deliver the expensive Coffee machine that we have ordered!! Avoid if they are delivering to you!!! A supervisor was supposed to call me back before 5pm today, but they haven't... beginning to think that the only recourse we have is to commence a credit card charge back as the last person i spoke to couldn't/wouldn't give me a refund - i pointed out that I could order another machine today and get it by Monday, so why can't they just send me another machine and sort out the issue of the missing machine with DPD!!!!! Hope their machines are better than their delivery of them!! UPDATE: Sage have reached out to me via this platform to try and rectify the situation... FURTHER UPDATE: The Sage Barista Express Impress was eventually delivered to us on 3 Feb, nearly 3 weeks after we ordered it. We are delighted with it! Sage did send us a years worth of cleaning products as a token of compensation. It was just a shame it took them so long to assess that there was a problem with DPD Delivery...
