2 machines packed up in 18 months!

Fantastic when it works, but that is rare! My first one struggled through 2 years. Spent 4 months trying to return it for repair - still no response from Sage. In the meantime my wife had bought another, but yes 3 months later packed up and no response from Sage. Avoid at all costs there are better machines out there.

High quality machines and customer service

We had a problem with our coffee machine after the warranty period. With the customer service team we arranged the repair. After that there was we had another issue and they solved again very professional. We have few sage products in our home and we are very happy using them daily.

Ich hatte eine falsche Lieferung erhalten, 6 Kaffeemaschinen anstatt einer Mikrowelle, das war schon etwas speziell, kann vorkommen. Jonas vom Sage Support konnte mir helfen und hat sich perfekt um den Fall gekümmert.
