I had a small problem. I needed a small part for my coffee machine. I emailed Sage. I received a reply the next day that indicated I would be mailed a replacement part free-of-charge very soon. (It turned up in 2 days.) There was a brief explanation of how I could avoid the same problem again. ... I was dealt with by an email-friendly person very efficiently.

Vi købte en Sage Barista Touch Impress espressomaskine i november. Efter en uge gik kværnen i stykker. Så ville vi gerne have den byttet, men Sage politik er at de først selv skal se på maskinen inden kunden kan få en ny. Et par uger skulle de bruge på at finde ud af som vi sagde i butikken at kværnen ikke virkede. Så fik vi en ny maskine. 2 dage efter midt i den skummede mælk gik maskinen bare ud og man skulle tænde for den. Det gjorde den så i et par dage men holdt op igen og vi håbede det så var det. Indtil så ikke ville brygge kaffen. Den kan ikke lave vandtryk nok til at lave kaffe. Nu havde vi fået nok af den maskine og afleveret den i butikken lige efter jul og fik samme besked om at Sage politik er at de først skal kigge på den. Nu næsten en måned senere har vi stadig intet hørt fra Sage og hver gang vi henvender os i butikken som solgte den siger de bare at de ikke kan gøre noget og Sage har travlt. Det kan vi sagtens forstille os med sådan uduelig maskine. KØB ALDRIG EN SAGE!
