Advertised as “Easy Out”brand. Arrived as a made in China unbranded copy. Beware of imitations! They now say”our supplier have sent a substitution” and if I want to return it I should phone their customer service team. Starting to cost me more money if I have to do that. I would suggest people follow my lead and never buy from this company again!

The delay from order to delivery is rather slow by modern standards. Unfortunately the first radio-controlled clock that we received was faulty - it kept jumping into a mode where it was exactly 1 hour and 58 minutes slow and would then remain there until the battery was removed. I have no idea how a radio-controlled clock can do that! Anyway, I sent it back and it was eventually replaced by one that did work. So Expert Verdict did the right thing, albeit rather slowly. The clock had been a present for an event that had long since passed by the time that the problem was solved. It is a nice clock, though!

Good delivery; good price and good product. Have had another style of sonic jewellery cleaner which did not last (different supplier and brand). This one is a very good design and easy to use.
