You only have two stars at the moment because the goods have not yet arrived! I find that Covid doesn't seem to slow down most companies deliveries any more.

No problems with service or delivery of this product but you need to check your water pressure. I thought that our water pressure was fine but it obviously is not strong enough for this hose. The product looks very good but it won't expand.

All had been good and helpful really- unfortunately it was dsmaged needs replacing and Hermes pickup not so efficient. Waited in yesterday and no sign of them today yet. Customer services have been very helpful as no instructions with the eco pot or recipe book - these have arrived by post today. Looking forward to using it

Sadly, the packaging was damaged and the tube squashed and distorted but, fortunately, not broken. My wife has started to use the cream so do not have a feed back on that. Perhaps, something to think about in future as the padded envelope was not strong enough.
