Very disappointed with the Bistro garden set we received. It is unstable and rather flimsy, and we are currently looking at ways of strengthening the table to stop it wobbling every time an item is placed on it. The set looks good in the garden, but is not really fit for purpose.

Although ordered goods were , at first unavailable, theycwere eventually delivered much earlier than expected. Delivery by Hermes, who have had a rather bad press in the past, was very good. Tracking and timing bang on target. The goods ordered are lovely ,so thank you.

What I ordered the other day went well but I ordered a pair of seceteurs in March and was twice told that they were being delayed. I was told that they would be delivered on 16 June but when I spoke to your colleague, he said that it would be another 3-4 weeks. I was not pleased and have cancelled the order.
