I had a delivery of a recliner chair . The driver Andy and Pete was very friendly and helpful . The delivery was on time as I was told a time . There remove the old chair and brought the new chair in Romberg the plastic off and put it in the van . We was told all about the chair and show everything . We was ask to try the chair and ask if we was happy with it .

Bradley Jordan was a very helpful man who explained everything and also very polite to my mother who the chair was for He didn’t baffle us with sales spiel so hopefully the chair will be as good as this person said

Actually I am responding to Joe S 4th February's comment. I immediately thought oh dear this sounds like another company that I enquired with regarding riser recliner chairs. They were horrendous people, and they indeed have very aggressive sales tactics, just like Joe S describes but I have never encounter anything other than helpful, informative and courteous staff from the Recliner & Adjustable Bed Factory. We order two double adjustable beds which arrived 3+ wks ago and today ordered 2 dual motor riser recliner chairs because we have found them an excellent company to deal with and definitely never encountered any hard sell.

Kind and empathic gentlemen. 'Gentlemen' says it in the word. Hard working and efficient especially when they have travelled down and took 2hrs. They still have patience and the other empathic trates. Craig and Paul are a good team who have an understanding of mobility issues. Thankyou guys.

New chair delivered and set up by Richard and Audi on time with a review of all the features included in the chair. Only disappointment was that the Technology Table delivered arrived with a problem which left it unable to work and had to be returned for replacement and a further delivery set for the end of the week. Disappointment that a chair costing over £4000 could not be checked out fully and these problems could be checked out and replacement’s made before the delivery. Overall a very good result as chair was delivered in two weeks when I was told it would be a four to six week delivery.

My recliner chair was out of warranty in Oct 2021. Forward to February 2022 The motor went on Monday evening. Call Customer Services on Tuesday and they quoted 5 working days to get an engineer to vist. It's now 10.30 on Friday and for the last hour and a half, I have been sitting in my repaired chair. Amazing service and really friendly guys came to repair it. I'd highly recommend this company and will be ordering a new chair when l get my new lounge when my extension is done.
