Aggressive telephone sales tactics - Unethical questionable private data protection practices - Our Names & Address / private arrangements were fragrantly and shamelessly and without permission used, to “ hawk “ and tout, make telephone sales cold calls to people in our neighbourhood. Something that only came to light when we were contacted by embarrassed, irritated and annoyed neighbours. When a complaint about this contravention of the private data protection act was made to this company, not a single effort was made to reply to the grievance raised, no apology was offered, the complaint was ignored! Further, you might like to consider that this company does not provide any ball park cost figure of the purchase cost’s involved prior to insisting to demonstrate a ‘ mock-up ‘ “ bed/product, in your home. Something that I, in particular, found highly irregular. All in all, my experience with this company, in how it dealt with with people of advanced years was one of unmitigated aggressive sales tactics, and a flagrant breach of consumer privacy rights. A point which will be raised with our local trading Standards Office. Absolutely appalling conduct. Be warned.

From start to finish this has been a good experience. Olly and Brian turned up on time, were respectful of the property and the newly decorated bedroom! Bed was fitted with care and they cleaned up all the excess packaging etc. The clip for the remote on one side of the bed broke off unfortunately the following day but 1 call to customer services and a replacement remote arrived the following day. All in all this has been a pleasant experience and we're enjoying our new bed... thank you 😊

Efficient installation Richard and Andy carried out an efficient installation. Dismantled old bed with no fuss and removed mattresses. Cleaned up after themselves and demonstrated all bed features well. All in all a successful bed install
